Office Manager & Administrator,
With over 20 years of managerial office experience, Nicole has been fortunate to
work for public and private sector companies; utilizing her skills and experience to train organizations on custom designed software, hiring and onboarding of employees while maintaining the smooth daily operations of the office.
As an Office Manager/Administrator at EnviroKinetics, she has performed a variety
of duties including 'meet & greet,' telephone support, data entry, accounts receivable
and accounts payable, maintaining files, record keeping, recording minutes,
correspondence, memos and proofreading for spelling, grammar and layout as well
as an array of day-to-day office tasks.
She possess excellent customer relationship skills, computer operations and
organizational abilities, and works with a considerable amount of judgement, initiative
and confidentiality while completing special projects as assigned. Nicole has an
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
